Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Security & Compliance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our AI chatbot product meets the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain our information security policy and procedures.
2. Work closely with the development team to ensure the security of our AI chatbot product.
3. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
4. Lead incident response, including managing network intrusions and technical analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
6. Provide training and guidance to staff on information security procedures and practices.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation, and industry regulations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the information security field.
3. Knowledge of various security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).
4. Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, etc.
5. Strong understanding of threat modelling and risk assessment techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
