Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance, reliability, and functionality of our AI Chatbot platform.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement scalable and robust backend architecture for our AI Chatbot platform.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
3. Optimize our platform for speed, reliability, and scalability.
4. Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving bugs and performance problems.
5. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
6. Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring the quality of the software and alignment with company standards.
7. Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and develop solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role in a software development environment.
3. Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
4. Experience with databases, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
5. Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
6. Excellent understanding of scalable architectures and API design.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
